Please read the following terms carefully before creating your candidate account on the ClickRow platform.
1. Resume Activation Fee
A one-time fee of ₹49 + applicable GST is required to activate your resume on ClickRow. This fee is non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
2. Resume Validity
Your activated resume remains valid for 60 days from the date of successful payment. During this period, your resume is visible to employers and you may apply for jobs listed on the platform.
3. Job Application Limit
Within each active resume period, you may apply for a maximum of 3 jobs. To apply for additional jobs, pay ₹49 + GST to extend your resume. Extension resets your count to 0/3 and sets a fresh 60-day validity from the date of payment.
4. Edit Access During Validity
You may edit and update your resume at any time within the 60-day validity period. Once expired, the resume is deactivated and a fresh payment is required to reactivate.
5. Salary Deduction — Placement Fee
Upon successful job placement through ClickRow, a 30% deduction from your first month's salary will be collected as a placement service fee. This deduction applies within 60 days from the date of joining. By registering, you agree to this deduction being collected by your employer on behalf of ClickRow.
6. Job Replacement — 7-Day Policy
If you are unable to continue in a placed job within the first 7 days, ClickRow will provide one free job replacement, subject to: (a) a valid and verifiable reason, (b) the request being raised within the 7-day window.
7. 60-Day Job Replacement Policy
ClickRow also offers one replacement within 60 days of placement, with a valid documented reason. The 7-day and 60-day replacements cannot be claimed simultaneously; each is available once per resume activation period.
8. Conditions NOT Applicable
The replacement policies and salary deduction waiver are NOT applicable if: (a) you voluntarily leave without a valid reason, (b) you are terminated for misconduct, (c) you fail to report for duty, (d) you were placed through a referral or direct recommendation, (e) you misrepresent qualifications or experience.
9. Candidate Conduct & Accuracy
All information provided in your resume must be accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or personal details may result in immediate account suspension and disqualification from placement services without any refund.
10. Data Privacy
Your personal data and resume information will be shared with prospective employers solely for recruitment purposes. ClickRow will not sell or misuse your data. You may request data deletion by contacting us.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.

ClickRow प्लेटफॉर्म पर अपना कैंडिडेट अकाउंट बनाने से पहले कृपया निम्नलिखित नियम और शर्तें ध्यान से पढ़ें।
1. रिज्यूमे एक्टिवेशन शुल्क
ClickRow पर आपका रिज्यूमे सक्रिय करने के लिए ₹49 + लागू GST का एकमुश्त शुल्क लिया जाता है। भुगतान की पुष्टि होने के बाद यह शुल्क अप्रतिदेय है।
2. रिज्यूमे वैधता
सफल भुगतान की तारीख से आपका सक्रिय रिज्यूमे 60 दिनों के लिए वैध रहता है। इस अवधि के दौरान आपका रिज्यूमे नियोक्ताओं को दिखता है और आप नौकरियों के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
3. जॉब आवेदन सीमा
प्रत्येक सक्रिय रिज्यूमे अवधि में आप अधिकतम 3 नौकरियों के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। अधिक नौकरियों के लिए आवेदन करने हेतु ₹49 + GST का भुगतान करके रिज्यूमे बढ़ाएं।
4. वैधता के दौरान संपादन
आप 60-दिन की वैधता अवधि के भीतर अपने रिज्यूमे को किसी भी समय संपादित और अपडेट कर सकते हैं।
5. वेतन कटौती — प्लेसमेंट शुल्क
ClickRow के माध्यम से सफल नौकरी प्लेसमेंट होने पर, आपके पहले महीने के वेतन का 30% प्लेसमेंट सेवा शुल्क के रूप में काटा जाएगा। यह कटौती नौकरी जॉइनिंग तारीख से 60 दिनों के भीतर लागू होती है।
6. जॉब रिप्लेसमेंट — 7-दिन नीति
यदि आप पहले 7 दिनों के भीतर नियुक्त नौकरी जारी रखने में असमर्थ हैं, तो ClickRow एक निःशुल्क जॉब रिप्लेसमेंट प्रदान करेगा, बशर्ते कारण वैध और सत्यापन योग्य हो।
7. 60-दिन जॉब रिप्लेसमेंट नीति
प्लेसमेंट के 60 दिनों के भीतर एक रिप्लेसमेंट भी उपलब्ध है, वैध दस्तावेजीकृत कारण के साथ। 7-दिन और 60-दिन रिप्लेसमेंट एक साथ नहीं लिए जा सकते।
8. जो परिस्थितियाँ लागू नहीं होती
रिप्लेसमेंट नीतियाँ और वेतन कटौती छूट लागू नहीं होती यदि: आप स्वेच्छा से बिना कारण छोड़ते हैं, आपको दुर्व्यवहार के लिए बर्खास्त किया जाता है, या आप योग्यता/अनुभव गलत बताते हैं।
9. कैंडिडेट आचरण और सटीकता
आपके रिज्यूमे में दी गई सभी जानकारी सटीक और सत्य होनी चाहिए। गलत जानकारी देने पर खाता तुरंत निलंबित किया जा सकता है।
10. डेटा गोपनीयता
आपका व्यक्तिगत डेटा और रिज्यूमे जानकारी केवल भर्ती उद्देश्यों के लिए संभावित नियोक्ताओं के साथ साझा की जाएगी।
11. शासी कानून
ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं। किसी भी विवाद में पटना, बिहार के न्यायालयों का एकमात्र क्षेत्राधिकार होगा।
