Please read the following terms carefully before registering as a Consultant on the ClickRow platform.
1. Placement Process & Candidate Submission
As a registered consultant, you are responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting suitable candidates for employer job postings listed on the ClickRow platform. All submissions must be made exclusively through the platform. Submitting candidates directly to employers outside the platform to bypass service fees is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.
2. Admin-Assigned Leads & Priority Workflow
The ClickRow admin team may assign specific hiring leads to consultants based on specialisation, track record, and active subscription tier. Assigned leads must be actioned within 48 hours. Lead status must be updated after every client interaction. Inactivity on assigned leads for more than 72 hours may result in reassignment.
3. Due Dates & Placement Timelines
Each job requirement carries a target fulfilment due date. Consultants must present shortlisted profiles within the defined timeline. If unable to meet the deadline, ClickRow must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Consistently missing deadlines will adversely impact the consultant's priority ranking and future lead allocation.
4. Candidate Resume Integrity & Admin Assignment
Consultants are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all candidate resumes submitted. Resumes must not be falsified, exaggerated, or submitted without explicit candidate consent. ClickRow admin retains the right to verify resume details and may reject or flag misleading submissions.
5. Referral Penalty — Hired Candidate Misconduct
If a candidate placed or referred by a consultant is subsequently found to have engaged in misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, or a serious violation of the employer's company policy, the consultant shall be liable to pay a penalty equivalent to 50% of the placed candidate's monthly salary to Clickrow Multi Services Pvt. Ltd. This penalty applies from the date the irregularity is formally identified and documented.
6. Service Fees & Payment Terms
Consultant subscription fees are applicable as per the selected active plan. All payments are non-refundable once processed. Placement success fees, if applicable, will be invoiced upon successful joining of the referred candidate. ClickRow reserves the right to modify fee structures with advance notice.
6A. Placement Fee Payment Terms
Upon successful placement of a candidate, a one-time placement fee is due from the employer through the ClickRow platform using the payment link you share.

- Overdue payments attract a daily fine as per platform policy.
- All payments via Razorpay only — no offline transfers accepted.
7. Candidate Data Confidentiality
Candidate information obtained via the ClickRow platform must be used strictly for legitimate placement activities. This data must not be shared with unauthorized third parties, used for commercial solicitation, or retained beyond the active engagement period. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may attract legal consequences.
8. Compliance & Professional Standards
Consultants must comply with all applicable Indian laws related to employment, recruitment, and data privacy. Professional conduct must be maintained in all communications with candidates, employers, and ClickRow staff.

ClickRow प्लेटफॉर्म पर Consultant के रूप में पंजीकरण करने से पहले कृपया निम्नलिखित नियम और शर्तें ध्यान से पढ़ें।
1. प्लेसमेंट प्रक्रिया और कैंडिडेट सबमिशन
एक पंजीकृत कंसल्टेंट के रूप में, आप ClickRow प्लेटफॉर्म पर सूचीबद्ध नौकरी पोस्टिंग के लिए उपयुक्त कैंडिडेट को सोर्स, स्क्रीन और सबमिट करने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। प्लेटफॉर्म के बाहर सीधे नियोक्ता को कैंडिडेट सबमिट करना इन शर्तों का भौतिक उल्लंघन है।
2. एडमिन-असाइन्ड लीड और प्राथमिकता कार्यप्रवाह
ClickRow एडमिन टीम विशेषज्ञता और ट्रैक रिकॉर्ड के आधार पर हायरिंग लीड असाइन कर सकती है। असाइन की गई लीड पर 48 घंटे के भीतर कार्रवाई करनी होगी। 72 घंटे से अधिक निष्क्रियता पर लीड पुनः असाइन की जा सकती है।
3. नियत तारीख और प्लेसमेंट समयसीमा
प्रत्येक जॉब आवश्यकता की एक लक्ष्य पूर्ति नियत तारीख होती है। समयसीमा पूरी न कर पाने पर ClickRow को कम से कम 24 घंटे पहले सूचित करना अनिवार्य है।
4. कैंडिडेट रिज्यूमे की अखंडता
कंसल्टेंट प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से सबमिट किए गए सभी कैंडिडेट रिज्यूमे की सटीकता और प्रामाणिकता के लिए पूरी तरह जिम्मेदार हैं।
5. रेफरल पेनल्टी — काम पर रखे गए कैंडिडेट का दुर्व्यवहार
यदि किसी कंसल्टेंट के रेफरेंस से काम पर रखे गए कैंडिडेट में गड़बड़ी, धोखाधड़ी या कंपनी नीति का गंभीर उल्लंघन पाया जाता है, तो कंसल्टेंट को Clickrow Multi Services Pvt. Ltd. को उस कैंडिडेट की मासिक सैलरी का 50% पेनल्टी के रूप में देना होगा।
6. सेवा शुल्क और भुगतान शर्तें
कंसल्टेंट सब्सक्रिप्शन शुल्क चुनी गई सक्रिय योजना के अनुसार लागू होता है। प्रोसेस होने के बाद सभी भुगतान अप्रतिदेय हैं।
7. कैंडिडेट डेटा गोपनीयता
ClickRow प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से प्राप्त कैंडिडेट जानकारी का उपयोग केवल वैध प्लेसमेंट गतिविधियों के लिए किया जाना चाहिए।
8. अनुपालन और व्यावसायिक मानक
कंसल्टेंट को रोजगार, भर्ती और डेटा गोपनीयता से संबंधित सभी लागू भारतीय कानूनों का पालन करना होगा।
