By accessing and using the ClickRow platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Use of Platform

You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes. You must not use it in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations, or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. ClickRow shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

3. Job Listings

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of job listings posted on this platform. ClickRow reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies, contains misleading information, or is reported as fraudulent, without prior notice.

4. Placement Process

All placements facilitated through the ClickRow platform are subject to a structured process managed by ClickRow administrators. Employers, vendors, and consultants agree to follow the platform's defined placement workflow, including lead assignment, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and post-placement documentation. Bypassing the platform's placement process for off-platform hiring is a breach of these terms.

5. Due Dates & Project Timelines

All assignments, projects, and job requirements posted on the platform carry defined fulfilment due dates. Employers, vendors, and consultants are expected to adhere to these timelines. Any delays must be communicated to ClickRow at least 24 hours before the due date. Repeated non-compliance with timelines may result in deprioritisation of leads or suspension of platform access.

6. Candidate Resume & Admin Lead Assignment

ClickRow administrators are responsible for assigning leads and matching candidate resumes to suitable employers and consultants based on job requirements, skills, and location. Employers and consultants agree to handle assigned candidate resumes with confidentiality and professionalism. Resumes submitted through the platform must be authentic, accurate, and provided with the candidate's explicit consent. Any falsification or misrepresentation of candidate information will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Candidate Data

Candidate information provided on this platform must be used only for legitimate recruitment purposes. Sharing candidate data with unauthorized third parties, using it for commercial solicitation unrelated to placement, or retaining it beyond the active engagement period is strictly prohibited.

8. Referral Penalty — Hired Candidate Misconduct

In the event that a candidate hired through the reference of a Vendor or Consultant registered on the ClickRow platform is found to have engaged in misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, or any material violation of the employer's company policy, the referring party (Vendor or Consultant) shall be held liable and required to pay a penalty equivalent to 50% of the hired candidate's monthly salary to Clickrow Multi Services Pvt. Ltd. This penalty is applicable from the date on which the irregularity is officially identified and formally documented by the employer or ClickRow. All Vendors and Consultants are strongly advised to conduct thorough background verification and due diligence on every candidate prior to submission or referral.

9. Payments

Subscription fees paid for employer, vendor, or consultant packages are non-refundable once activated. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. ClickRow reserves the right to revise pricing structures with prior written notice.

9A. Placement Charges — Vendor & Consultant

ClickRow operates a structured placement fee model. All vendors and consultants registered on the platform are bound by the following placement charge terms effective from the date of candidate joining.

Total payable: 10% × 12 months = 120% of one month's salary paid over one year. The first instalment is due 40 days after the candidate's joining date; subsequent instalments fall every 30 days thereafter. Failure to pay any instalment by its due date will result in it being marked overdue and a daily late fine being applied as per platform policy.

Total payable: A single lump-sum of 30% of the candidate's confirmed monthly salary, due 40 days after the candidate's joining date. This is a one-time charge — no recurring monthly payments apply for consultants.

Important Notes for Vendors & Consultants

  • Placement fees are calculated on the candidate's actual confirmed monthly salary at the time of joining.
  • All fees are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be charged separately as per prevailing rates.
  • Payments are processed through the ClickRow platform via Razorpay. Offline or direct payments are not accepted.
  • If a candidate leaves or is terminated within 90 days of joining, ClickRow will provide a free replacement subject to availability and platform terms.
  • Overdue payments will attract a daily fine as configured by ClickRow administrators and visible in your Transactions dashboard.
  • Any dispute regarding placement fees must be raised within 7 days of the due date by emailing info@clickrow.in.
9B. Placement Payment Terms — Employer

Employers who hire candidates through the ClickRow platform are required to facilitate timely placement fee payments to their respective Vendor or Consultant as per the following structured schedule. All payment links are generated and managed through the ClickRow platform.

Employers must ensure payment is released to the vendor through the ClickRow platform on or before each instalment's due date. The payment link for each instalment is shared by the vendor via the platform. Delays in payment will result in overdue status and applicable daily fines.

A single lump-sum payment of 30% of the candidate's confirmed monthly salary is due within 40 days of the candidate's joining date. The consultant will share the payment link via the platform. No further recurring payments apply.

Important Notes for Employers

  • All payments must be made exclusively through the ClickRow platform via Razorpay. Direct or offline transfers to vendors/consultants are not accepted.
  • The employer is responsible for releasing payment on or before the due date shown in their Transactions dashboard.
  • Overdue payments attract a daily fine which accumulates until the payment is cleared.
  • Placement fee amounts are based on the candidate's actual confirmed monthly CTC at the time of joining and must be declared accurately.
  • If a candidate leaves or is terminated within 90 days of joining, a free replacement will be arranged subject to platform policy — outstanding payments for month 1 may still apply depending on the replacement timeline.
  • For any payment dispute or query, contact info@clickrow.in within 7 days of the due date.
10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, design, and platform architecture, is the property of Clickrow Multi Services Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

ClickRow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, reliance on information provided herein, or inability to use our services. The platform acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for disputes between employers, candidates, vendors, or consultants.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice. Suspended or terminated accounts forfeit any remaining subscription credits and platform access.

13. Changes to Terms

ClickRow may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
